Ryan is a Senior Environmental Professional and leads ENKON's aquatic division. Ryan is a Principal at ENKON and has 15 years of experience in watershed and fish habitat assessments, water quality monitoring, channel assessments, watershed level planning, and cumulative impact assessment on freshwater ecosystems. He has developed fish habitat mitigation and compensation plans and acted as liaison with provincial, municipal and federal regulatory agencies to obtain regulatory approvals throughout BC.

Senior Water Quality Specialist
Dr. Smith has over 35 years of experience as an aquatic biologist and environmental consultant. Her expertise includes surface water monitoring, dilution modelling, and biological monitoring, including benthic community structure and tissue contaminant studies. She has coordinated environmental data gathering and provided senior review/editing of environmental impact assessments for municipal wastewater, resort developments, land developments and transportation.

Senior Project Manager
Afshin is a senior biologist with nearly 30 years of experience as a fisheries biologist. His experience includes design and execution of baseline studies and environmental assessments in fish biology, population biology and fish stock assessment. In addition to permitting and authorizations, Afshin has extensive experience in designing baseline studies for fish and fish habitat, monitoring programs, and statistical study designs for monitoring biotic impacts of hydroelectric and mining projects.

Gerry has strong project management skills in the natural resource management sector with an aquatic sciences focus. Work experience includes all three levels of government (Federal, Provincial, Municipal) as well as the private sector with multi-disciplined firms implementing policy and regulation associated with the protection and management of riparian or aquatic resources. His specialty is ensuring appropriate comprehensive habitat assessments provide design options with valued opportunities for aquatic habitat rehabilitation and enhancement. Gerry ensures fisheries productive capacity is maintained in many development scenarios. His proven skill is unreserved to successfully collaborate with multi-disciplined teams and stakeholders for appropriate management options to satisfy regulators and proponents.
MANISH PYAKUREL MBA, CPA, CGA
Manish Pyakurel, MBA, CPA, CGA, received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Tribhuvan University, Nepal and has been our senior accountant since 2012. He is responsible for all aspects of accounting management including payroll, employee benefits, commercial liability and professional errors & omissions insurance, receivables, payables, invoicing, monthly income and annual financial statements.
