Dr. Annette Smith has over 35 years of experience as an aquatic biologist and environmental consultant. Her expertise includes surface water monitoring, dilution modelling, and biological monitoring, including benthic community structure and tissue contaminant studies. She has coordinated environmental data gathering and provided senior review/editing of environmental impact assessments for municipal wastewater, resort developments, land developments and transportation.

Senior Fisheries Biologist
Afshin is a senior biologist with nearly 30 years of experience as a fisheries biologist. His experience includes design and execution of baseline studies and environmental assessments in fish biology, population biology and fish stock assessment. In addition to permitting and authorizations, Afshin has extensive experience in designing baseline studies for fish and fish habitat, monitoring programs, and statistical study designs for monitoring biotic impacts of hydroelectric and mining projects.

Senior Fisheries & Wildlife Biologist
Tracy is a senior biologist with 25 years of experience. She has experience as both project manager and lead biologist for assessments of vegetation, fish, and wildlife. Tracy’s expertise is conducting fish and fish habitat assessments for both private and municipal projects. She has worked closely with municipalities for long-term monitoring projects that included field assessments and reporting. She also has worked on several development projects that require both federal and provincial authorizations and approvals.

Dr. Philip Garvey is an Environmental Specialist with a decade of experience in providing Environmental Consulting Services to a range of clients, across multiple sectors. Philip brings a global perspective to the environmental development process and has significant experience with providing reliable cost-effective solutions for clients. Philip’s areas of professional practice are: Environmental impact assessment and mitigation planning; Contaminated land assessment, remediation and decommissioning; & Wetland and riparian area evaluation, conservation planning and management.

Riparian Restoration Specialist
Emilia has over 10 years of experience in overseeing ecology-based projects both on the Coast and in the Southern Interior of BC, with experience in riparian restoration, terrestrial ecosystem mapping (TEM), native plant and invasive species inventories, conservation property monitoring, and community ecology education. She holds a B.Sc. in Resource Management Geography and Environmental Studies from University of Victoria, with more recent additional ecology and restoration coursework.

Manish Pyakurel, MBA, CPA, CGA, received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Tribhuvan University, Nepal and has been ENKON's senior accountant since 2012. He is responsible for all aspects of accounting management including payroll, employee benefits, commercial liability and professional errors & omissions insurance, receivables, payables, invoicing, monthly income and annual financial statements.
