In support of the principals, Dr. Annette Smith, PhD, R.P.Bio., has >30 years experience providing specialized expertise in water quality and Manish Pyakurel, provides all aspects of accounting management services.

Founder and President of ENKON, Glenn has more than 35 years’ experience conducting environmental assessments throughout British Columbia, including guiding $1-2 billion multi-disciplinary projects through the federal and provincial approval processes. Glenn provides specialized environmental impact assessment and project management expertise for highway, railway, port, resort, recreational, energy, mining and land developments across Northwestern Canada.
RYAN PRESTON B.Sc., P.Ag., CPESC
Ryan is a Senior Environmental Professional and leads ENKON's aquatic division. Ryan is a Principal at ENKON and has 15 years of experience in watershed and fish habitat assessments, water quality monitoring, channel assessments, watershed level planning, and cumulative impact assessment on freshwater ecosystems. He has developed fish habitat mitigation and compensation plans and acted as liaison with provincial, municipal and federal regulatory agencies to obtain regulatory approvals throughout BC.
MATTHEW TUTSCH MRM, RPF, RPP
Matthew is a terrestrial ecologist and leads ENKON's terrestrial division. Matthew is a principal at ENKON and has a Masters in Resource Environmental Management, is a Registered Professional Forester and Registered Professional Planner. Ecosystem restoration, ecosystem mapping and urban forestry are his passions.
DR. ANNETTE SMITH Ph.D., R.P.Bio
Senior Water Quality Specialist
Dr. Smith has over 35 years of experience as an aquatic biologist and environmental consultant. Her expertise includes surface water monitoring, dilution modelling, and biological monitoring, including benthic community structure and tissue contaminant studies. She has coordinated environmental data gathering and provided senior review/editing of environmental impact assessments for municipal wastewater, resort developments, land developments and transportation.
MANISH PYAKUREL MBA, CPA, CGA
Manish Pyakurel, MBA, CPA, CGA, received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Tribhuvan University, Nepal and has been our senior accountant since 2012. He is responsible for all aspects of accounting management including payroll, employee benefits, commercial liability and professional errors & omissions insurance, receivables, payables, invoicing, monthly income and annual financial statements.
