ENKON ENVIRONMENTAL

ENKON is assisting Wesbild Holdings with environmental design and environmental approvals for a major housing development on Burke Mountain in northeast Coquitlam, BC.  ENKON conducted preliminary fish/fish habitat, vegetation and wildlife/wildlife habitat surveys to identify opportunities and constraints to development.  Subsequently, we completed more detailed surveys and developed mitigation measures to meet the requirements of Coquitlam’s neighbourhood planning process.  ENKON also is providing input to the subdivision design with respect to required riparian setbacks and monitoring of construction activities.
