Hayward Lake Reservoir Trail-Bridge Replacement

BC Hydro undertook improvements to five (5) crossings of aquatic habitats associated with the Hayward Lake Reservoir Recreation Area hiking trail. ENKON was retained by Matcon Civil Constructors Inc. to develop an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) to provide contractors, environmental monitors, BC Hydro staff, and senior agency regulatory staff with guidance and procedures to mitigate potential impacts which may adversely affect environmental resource values.
