Single Family Home Re-Development

ENKON was retained by a home owner to conduct a riparian areas assessment of a single family lot re-development adjacent to Crescent Slough in Ladner.  The slough represents the transition point of land use from residential to the south and active agricultural fields to the north.  Since this single family home re-development would set a precedent for future re-development along Crescent Slough,  ENKON took the approach of assessing existing setbacks of neighboring properties and based the final setback from Crescent Slough on the neighborhood average.
