WILDLIFE

ENKON provides wildlife habitat and population assessments for ungulates, carnivores, small/large mammals, birds, invertebrates, reptiles and amphibians throughout BC.  Many of these projects include detailed visual surveys, point counts, live trapping, salvages, radio-telemetry, trail cameras, and mist netting for rare and endangered species.   Ultimately, this information is used to determine setbacks from critical habitat, identification of wildlife corridors, and protection of sensitive ecosystems to minimize potential impacts from development.
